I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel & Spa Saint-Jacques. The location in the Latin Quarter is fantastic, with easy access to major attractions like Notre Dame and the Luxembourg Gardens. The rooms have a charming decor and are quite comfortable, although street noise can be an issue at times. The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of delicious options. Overall, it's a lovely spot, but if you're sensitive to noise, bring some earplugs.
